Dr. Lommer is the founding partner and essential owner of the firm. He is specialized in comprehensive advise for enterprises and their entrepreneurs in all matters of business law. His expertise includes domestic and international corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity as well as the personal advise of well known Private Clients and their family offices.

Before the incorporation of LK Partners, Dr. Lommer gained valuable experience in leading international US - and UK law firms in San Francisco, London and Munich (including Norton Rose Fulbright LLP and Dechert LLP) with special focus on Corporate, M&A and Private Clients.

• Successful defense in a hostile take-over attempt against the majority shareholders of a Stock Corporation including a number of successful preliminary injunctions for the restoration of directors and officers

• Ongoing corporate and international law advise of a technology company and its majority shareholder engaged in the production and distribution of rail and transport technology
• Re-structuring of affiliate company of an international public relations agency, advise in connection with the integration of new international partners on shareholder level; ongoing advise in all matters of daily agency business
• Advise of two leading German fund managers in connection with a joint venture Small Cap Private Equity Fund with a target volume of 200 Mio. Euro including customized articles of association and corresponding shareholders agreements
• Representation of Private Client in pre-trial evidence protection under German Law in connection with defective construction works (million Euro range)
• Ongoing advise of numerous German medium size enterprises and demanding individuals in all matters of business law and necessary litigation
• Comprehensive advise in connection with the investment of a leading private clinic for plastic and aesthetic surgery
• Ongoing pro bono advise for a well known NPO that supporting distressed children in many parts of the world
• ongoing advise of the largest Thai – Buddhist society in Europe

Dr. Lommer studied law in Passau and San Francisco. Having worked for major law firms in Germany and the US before, he completed his second judicial exam in 2001. Dr. Lommer acquired his judicial doctorate in German-American corporate and capital markets law in Passau, Munich and San Francisco.
