Rauscher works as an Attorney at Law (Freelancer) with LK Partners and is director emeritus of the Institute for Foreign and European Private and Procedural Law at the University of Leipzig. After visiting Scholarships with the universities of Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main and Marburg, Prof. Rauscher holds since 1993 a full and standing Scholarship as Professor of law with the university of Leipzig.
